Adult Sites

ServerGrade is a family friendly business. We are not interested in hosting adult sites, sites that send SPAM, or unethical sites. If you use your webspace for these purposes your account will be terminated.

We are a fair company, and will not penalise you if you publish inappropriate material accidentally. However, if you clearly break our terms of service and acceptable use policy we reserve the right to do the following at our discretion without prior notice:

• ask you to remove the offensive material
• remove the offending material ourselves
• temporarily suspend your account
• permanently remove your account

The action taken will depend on the problem, but serious problems like accounts sending mass SPAM emails will be terminated.
