Changing Domain Names

Changing the domain name on your hosting account requires significantly more work than simply adjusting a setting or upgrading. While in most cases it's possible to do a direct switch, some cases require the complete removal of your old account, and the complete setup of a new one.

We do allow our customers to modify the domain name that their hosting account is for, but for the reasons mentioned above we charge a $15 administration fee.

ServerGrade considers this a reasonable solution compared with many other hosts who will insist on your ordering a completely separate and new hosting account.
