Minimum Web Hosting Plan Orders

Web hosting accounts can be ordered on either a quarterly or yearly basis, and we supply a 100% 15-day money back guarantee to ensure your satisfaction.

We do not currently offer month-by-month billing for shared hosting, but ServerGrade's reseller plans, VPS servers, and dedicated servers are available on a monthly basis.

All we ask is that you try our web hosting plans and judge the quality for yourself. If you try our service and it is not everything you expect, cancel your account easily by doing the following:

1. Email us your domain name, and hosting receipt number.
2. 24 hours later your payment will be refunded in full.

Less than 1% of people cancel their service with us and even that low number is dropping.
