What support services do you provide?
ServerGrade provides support via our Support Centre which includes
our cPanel flash demos, our technical support request
form, email, and regular mail. We have a team of support staff
monitoring the servers and answering support requests 24 hours a day.

we do not offer regular phone support.
Any questions or technical issues can be resolved by
