Transfer Needed

Estimating the amount of transfer required is a little more difficult than choosing the amount of disk space for new sites. You must make an educated guess about the number of visitors your site will be getting, and the amount of pages and downloads they will be viewing.

For new sites we would suggest either 1000MBs or 3000MBs per month depending on your site's anticipated popularity, as a starting point for your first year. This will provide you with enough transfer to serve your visitors if the pages don't include big files.

If your site is established, you start to get thousands of visitors a month, or would like to include bigger files, then a larger package may be more appropriate.

Hosting plans can easily be upgraded, even at the last minute, so don't be too concerned. At these inexpensive prices the difference is trivial anyway.
